Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with LUXURIA or for purchasing LUXURIA products.

Each photograph and the content on the LUXURIA website is legally protected by U.K. and International copyright laws and MAY NOT be copied and used for reproduction in ANY manner without the expressed written authorization of Vanessa Vinos owner of LUXURIA.

All photographs and written content on this website are copyrighted by LUXURIA and are for web browser viewing only. Other usages of the of the photographs and content may not be used for any purpose without express written consent.

Unauthorized duplication or usage is prohibited by Copyright law and will be prosecuted. We vigorously protect our copyright interests. In the event that an infringement is discovered, you will notified and prosecuted for Copyright Infringement.

 2. Images:

LUXURIA products are made using the finest materials. As with all materials, each item will carry small individual differences to the images provided. Due to the nature of the materials we use, slight variances may occur. Therefore, we recommend viewing the product images with a screen resolution of at least 1280 x 800. Depending on your screen resolution, colour variances in products may occur.

All images remain the property of LUXURIA and may not be used without permission. 

3.Trademarks:

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of LUXURIA used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of LUXURIA.

4.Limited Liability:

Liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. The company LUXURIA shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if the company LUXURIA has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

 5.Typographical Errors

In the event that a LUXURIA item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Vanessa Vinos (owner and founder of LUXURIA) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. LUXURIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LUXURIA shall issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.

6.Processing Orders

LUXURIA aims to process your order within 48 hours of receiving payment and will advise you on despatch of your goods. LUXURIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. 

7.Delivery of Orders:

LUXURIA  uses a range of delivery couriers and reserves the right to use an alternative if it is a more appropriate method for the delivery of your items, or where a particular delivery service is not available in your given postcode. This may impact on estimated delivery times. LUXURIA will always inform you of instances where this is the case. 

Estimated delivery timescales exclude weekends, Bank Holidays and public holidays, however this is depending on your local delivery service. 

For the safety of your goods, parcels will require a signature on receipt. If you are not available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, the carrier may return the parcel to the local depot and leave a calling card to let you know that this has been done and how to arrange a redelivery/collection of your parcel.  Parcels which are not collected from the delivery office within the courier’s recommended number of days after a failed delivery attempt will be returned to LUXURIA. LUXURIA reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee for a second delivery attempt.

IMPORTANT:

Shipments returned for non-existent address, marked as undelivered by the shipping company or an unpaid duty/customs payment (as stipulated by your country’s Customs Office) or confiscated by your Customs Office for lack of payment, will not be eligible for a refund.

If your piece has been commissioned for you, we cannot refund the item unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect with the item. In such cases the item will be examined by our workshop and a replacement of the same product will sent out.

8.Competitions on Instagram or Facebook

The promoter is LUXURIA.

Competitions are open to anyone 18 years or over except employees of LUXURIA and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter competitions.

By entering competitions, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The route to entry for competitions is to like the post on our Instagram account and follow our Instagram account.

Any additional action (including sharing a post, commenting, tagging etc) are done so at the entrant’s discretion and do not impact the outcome of the giveaway.

We have the right to allow more than one entry per competition at times. We will notify specifically in the post if this is the case

Closing date for entry will be stated in the post on the Instagram/FB page. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are clearly stated in the Instagram/FB post.

LUXURIA reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize will be clearly stated in the Instagram/FB post.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen at random and we will share the process if anyone wants to know more

The winner will be notified by private message on Instagram/FB and within 28 days of the closing date.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. The winner’s name will be available via our Instagram/FB account.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
