How secure is your store?

This store uses Shopify Payments via Strip and Paypal. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information during the transition from your computer to our site by using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 - bits (the highest level commercially viable).

 Why does every piece take 15-20 days before being shipped?

We are not about fast, disposable pieces. My pieces are not mass produced or made in China. Each piece is made-to-order or custom made for you in workshops in Europe, run by families who have been in the jewellery industry for generations.  It's about the whole purchasing process to be something that is savoured as you wait for the craftsman to create their magic on your piece.

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase from your store?

No, you are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase from this store (although if you have a Paypal account you may use it). Shopify payments accepts all major credit cards.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

Are the products pictured the actual size?

Computer monitors vary in size, so it's impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet. For the purposes of viewing details our photos are enlarged. We do however provide measurements where ever possible. However, you can always just send us a message if you want to know more about a specific piece.

  • What are your delivery charges?

    There is a FLAT RATE for orders less than £150.00 which is as follows:

    UK: £6.00 for secured/tracked shipping.

    EUROPE: £8.00 for secured/tracked shipping.

    NORTH AMERICA: £12.50 for secured/tracked international shipping. Please note that there is no tracked shipping to Canada from the UK, only signed for services.

    AUSTRALIA + NEW ZEALAND: £20.00 for secured/tracked shipping.

    JAPAN: £17.50 for secured/tracked shipping

    SCANDINAVIA: £9.50 for secured/tracked shipping

    If you wish your item to be sent by courier please contact me and I will get quotes for you.

    If your country/region is not listed above, do drop me an email and I will find out the shipping costs for you.

    Please note that as of 1 Jan 2021 the UK left Europe. Therefore you "may" have to pay some custom charges for your pieces if you are in Europe. 

    Duty/customs payment are stipulated by your own country's Customs Office.

    Shipments returned for an unpaid duty/customs payment (as stipulated by your country's Customs Office), or confiscated by your Customs Office for lack of payment, will not be eligible for a refund, as it is the customers responsibility to pay the charges levied in their country.

  • How are high ticket items sent?

    All items are sent tracked and insured by the Royal Mail.

    Please not there is NO tracking service to Canada, but the product will still need to be signed for. 

  • Do I need a Paypal account to purchase from the site?
